IAEA head Rafael Grossi stresses urgent need to mobilise capital for new reactors
The world must discuss concrete steps to get nuclear from “consensus to construction” with financing central to that conversation, International Atomic Energy Agency director-general Rafael Grossi said in a message to delegates at the Cop29 UN climate conference in Baku, Azerbaijan.
