            The energy committee of Ukraine’s parliament has voted in favour of a draft bill that will allow state-owned nuclear champion Energoatom to buy reactor equipment from Bulgaria for the potential completion of the Khmelnitski-3 and -4 nuclear plants, construction of which is currently suspended.
