An amendment to nuclear laws in Poland could simplify and accelerate the investment process in the sector, providing “a major boost” for the country’s first nuclear power project in the northern Pomerania province, according to Piotr Ciolkowski, partner and co-head of energy and natural resources at Warsaw-based consultancy Dentons.
