13 Mar (NucNet): Hannover-based nuclear operator PreussenElektra, a subsidiary of Germany’s E.On, will transfer the minority stake it owns in the Emsland and Gundremmingen nuclear power stations to majority owner and operator RWE under a wide-range asset transfer agreement announced yesterday.
