Seven-unit nuclear station has been offline since 2011 Fukushima disaster
Japan’s prime minister Fumio Kishida said on 27 August that ministers will meet next week to discuss steps needed to secure local consent for restarting Tokyo Electric Power Company’s (Tepco) Kashiwazaki Kariwa nuclear power station.
