Agency asks for additional access as Zelenskiy warns Russia may be planning to ‘simulate an attack’
International Atomic Energy Agency experts at Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia nuclear power station have in recent days and weeks inspected parts of the facility without observing any visible indications of mines or explosives, the agency’s director-general Rafael Grossi said.
