The European nuclear technology developer newcleo has signed a memorandum of understanding with Viaro Energy, an independent upstream energy company based in London, to jointly pursue the deployment of newcleo advanced modular reactor (AMR) technology to help decarbonise the oil and gas sectors, the companies said in a joint statement on 5 March.
