Gov’t ‘Did Not Take Industry Objections Into Account’ On Nuclear Tax Rise — SPain has seven commercial nuclear plants in operation including two at Almaraz (pictured) in the west of the country.

Spain has approved legislation that increases the so-called Enresa tax on operators of nuclear power plants from €7.98/MWh to €10.36/MWh.
